AAPL’s Team in Dallas for RAA conference.
We are proud to announce that our company has been accredited as a member of the Regional Airline Association US (RAA). A team of managers spearheaded by our MD Mr A.S.Khanna had attended the 2006 RAA conference at Dallas, Texas.
RAA represents US regional airlines, and the manufacturers of products and services that support the industry, before the Congress, DOT, FAA and other federal agencies.
Founded in 1975, Washington, DC-based RAA also provides a wide array of technical, government relations and public relations services for regional airlines. The association’s 50 member airlines and 230 associate members represent the key decision makers of this vital sector of the commercial aviation industry.
With more than 15,000 regional airline flights every day, 1 in 5 domestic airline passengers now travel on regionals. Operating more than 2,700 aircraft, the regional fleet comprises about one-third of the US commercial airline fleet.
In India the Regional Airline concept is soon picking up and in order to be ahead of the game, AAPL is undertaking several training programs.
